Governor Patrick Morrisey appointed Gerald M. Titus III of Charleston to the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, filling the vacancy created by the passing of Justice Tim Armstead earlier this year. Titus has worked at Spilman, Thomas & Battle since 2009 and previously served as an Assistant United States Attorney.
